Main Meeting Room: Accommodates 50 people in theater style seating. Furnished with audio/video equipment.
Little Meeting Room: Accommodates 10 people in oval table seating.
Services: Food services for attendees both in the Hotel and in the Palazzo dei Vicari includes: welcome drinks, coffee breaks, light lunches, business luncheons, and dinner galas.

Main Hall with a capacity of 100 people in theatre style seating.

External Atrium plus tribune measuring 307.75 with a seating capacity from 120 to 500 theatre style.

Extra Services for meeting and/or convention attendees in the Palazzo dei Vicari: internal entrance to the Knife Museum and the hall of the Clock of Brunelleschi, visit to the Bottega of Cutlery and other excursions in the famous area.
